Kitchens built around the way you cook
A kitchen is the most used piece of furniture in a house. We build them like furniture — solid stock, real joinery, and hardware rated for thirty years of daily opening.
Every kitchen starts on site, not in a catalogue. We measure the room, note where the light falls, and ask how you move through a morning. That conversation decides the island height, the drawer bank layout, and whether the run wants a full-height pantry or a lower sightline to the water.
We work in solid hardwood and hand-selected veneer — walnut, rift-cut white oak, afrormosia, maple — and match grain across doors and drawer fronts so a run reads as one continuous board. Live-edge slabs are dried, flattened and stabilised in our own shop before they ever become a counter.
Cabinet boxes are built for the Pacific Northwest: sealed on all six faces against seasonal humidity, hung on concealed soft-close hardware, and scribed to the wall on installation so there is no filler strip pretending to be a design choice.

Common questions
Before you commission
Most kitchens run four to six months from the first measure to installation. Roughly six weeks of that is design and shop drawings, and the balance is fabrication and finishing. Complex slab work or imported veneer can extend the schedule, and we tell you that before you commit, not halfway through.
We install everything we build. The crew that fabricated your cabinetry is the crew that scribes it to your walls, which means nothing is lost in translation between the shop and the site.
Yes — this is a large part of what we do. We take profiles off your existing trim, match species and cut, and colour-match the finish so new work reads as original. Several of our clients have had guests fail to spot which half of a room is new.
Regularly. Seattle, Gig Harbor, Olympia and the wider Puget Sound area are all routine for us, and we have delivered further afield for repeat clients.
