When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, email address, telephone number and project details you choose to provide. We do not collect payment information through this website.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a potential commission. As stated on our contact page: your information will never be shared, just used to start the right kind of conversation.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade your details. Where a project involves a third party you have engaged — your architect, designer or contractor — we correspond with them only at your direction.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Fonts, styles and scripts are served from our own domain. If you choose to load the embedded map on our contact page, Google may set cookies at that point; the map does not load until you select it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained while it may reasonably relate to a live or prospective commission, and thereafter for our business records. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.
