You have drawn it. We will build it — and tell you early if something will not work.
We work regularly with interior designers, architects and general contractors across Tacoma, Seattle and the wider Puget Sound area. That work runs on documents rather than conversations: we read the set, issue shop drawings for approval, submit samples ahead of fabrication, and hold the schedule we committed to.
Where a detail is going to fail — a species that will move, a reveal that cannot be held, a finish that will not survive the traffic — you will hear it from us at the drawing stage. We would rather have that conversation with you before your client sees it than after.
Your client relationship stays yours. We can present alongside you or stay entirely behind the scenes, whichever suits the project.

Working together
Yes, as standard. You receive measured shop drawings for review and sign-off before fabrication begins, and we issue revisions through the same process. Nothing is built off an unapproved drawing.
We prepare species and finish samples on request, applied to the actual specified material rather than a generic chip. For larger packages we will prepare a full sample board for your presentation.
We read the contract documents, attend coordination meetings where useful, and sequence our install around the other trades. Our own crew installs, so there is no gap between what was drawn and what arrives.
Six to eight weeks for smaller millwork packages from approved drawings; four to six months for full kitchens or extensive casework. We confirm a dated schedule at estimate and flag risk early rather than late.
